A tract of land located in Section 9, Township 37
~ South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:

~ Start and use a right angle line from the West edge
j of the Indian River two feet South of the porch of
i the cottage in the corner of Old Depot Road; thence
to the Florida East Coast Railroad right of way
following tl-ie line of Old Depot Road for the South
line, thence start at a point apgroxiiaately 301 feet
North of the South line, make a riqht angle line
from river as the North line to run directly through
the palmetto tree about 20 feet Northeast of the
large qarage on the hill to the railroad right of way;
- this line to run parallel with the South line. Thes~

two North and South boundary lines are to be joined
onthe East and West, the East boundary line to be
the Indian River and the West boundary line is to be
the right of way of the Florida East Coast Railroad.
This is intended to describe the same property as is . ,
described in Item 2 of the Last Wi21 and Testament of
J. Howard LeTourneau, dated July 3. 1935 and probated
in St. Lucie County, Florida. Said property is also
- shown in red on copy of a survey recorded in O. R.
Book 205, pages 735 and 736 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with any interest that the Grantors may have
in Old Depot Road as a result of its abandonment.
