The undersigt?ed, as~Personal Representative of the above
Estate alleges:
1. The Decedent, CATHERINE FLOWERS, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on March 12, 1977, and Letters -

of Adminstration were issued to Petitioner on April 13, 1977.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Final ~
Accounting and:files herewitti all receipts and releases to.same.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
making payment, settle~nt, or other disposi~ion of all claims and
debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for
the payment of all eupenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required.estate tax returns
with the Interaal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
of the State of Florida, and has obtained and_filed with this Court ~

evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's.obligation for both
Federal and Florida`Estate Taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or porposes to make distribution
