Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the ~
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of;the State of Florida and the ;
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of

was defendant and said defendant having failed to pay the said
sum as ordered, and Execution having been issued thereon.
