STIPULATION TO TEMPOR~RY CHILD SUPPORT
COMES NOW the Husband, HUBERT A. MEDLIN, and the Wife,
WENDY M. MEDLIN, by and through ~heir vandersigned attorneys, and
hereby stipulate and agree that the Husband's prayer for temporary ~
relief consisting of temporary custody of the minor children of
the parties, RANDY LEE MEDLIN, age 3, and BRANDY MICHELLE I~DLIN,
age 1~,-be granted and ordered by this Court and that the ~
Husband shall have temporary custody of said minor children
until the final hearing in this cause, with the right of
reasonable visitation of and with said minor children reserved to
the Wife.
