O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon the sw~orn Petition of the
Husband, James Timothy Fletcher, without notice, seekinq temporary custody
of the minor child, Sabrina Marie Fletcher, and the Court having heard
testimony and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
OImERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. T'he temporary care of the minor chi~ld, Sabrina Marie Fletcher,
is oonimitted to the Husband. James Timothy Fletcher, pending a teueporary
hearinq as to the custody of the child until final hearing.
2. T'he Wife, Peqgy Michelle Fletcher, is hereby restrained and
enjoined from molesting, harassinq or interferinq with the Husband, James

~ 3. All and sinqular the sheriffs of the state of Florida are
