PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, EDWARD LOUIS DAGISTINO, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on February 7, 197~, and Letters of
Administration wer~ issued to Petitioner on April 2, 1977. ~
2. Petitioner files herewith the Waiver of Accounting and
service of Petition for Discharqe and Consent to Discharqe of
Personal Representative, which has been signed by the sole benefi-
ciary of the estate. ~
3. Petitioner has fully administered this est,ate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all cZaims and debts
that were presented, and by payinq or making provision for the pay-
ment of all expenses of administration. -
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax~returns
with the Internal.Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenu
- of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distri~~~tion of
the assets of this estate as follows:
All of the assets of this estate shall be distributed
to Ann E. Dodge, as the sole beneficiary of this
_ estate since all of the beneficiaries of this estate
have assiqned a12 of their right, title and interest
in the estate to Ann E. Dodge ~
6. The only persons havinq an interest in this proceedinq
