This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney
and the Respondent havinq been present in Court, and
this Court beinq advised in the premises, finds and ~
determines that the Reapondent, PETER R. HELMUS,. is in
arrears in the payment of support for the benefit of the
minor children, KIM HELMUS, DONNA SELMUS, CHRISTOPSER
HELMUS and IARI HELMUS. as ordered by this Court by
~Amended Order dated the llth day of December, 1975, in
the amount of $2500.OO.and whereupon, it is,
ORDERED F~ND ADJUDGED that the Respondent shall pay
to the Petitioner for the benefit of the said minor
; .
children the sum of $60.00 per week, $40.00 of said sum
to be current child support and $20.00 to be applied towards
~ _ _ -
the arrearages found by this Court plus an additional $1.00
for the payment of the Clerk's fee for receiving and disburs-
_ ing said payments.
These payments are to begin on the 5th day of August, 1977
and thereafter on Friday of each and every week that said
payments shall shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or
by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit
~ the said pa nts to SOFFOLR COUNTY PROBATION DEPARTI~NT
