State of Florida to serve as Personal Representative of Decedent's
estate is entitled to preference in appointn?ent as Personal
Representative because he is the Personal Representative noaainated
by the Will of Decedent. -
6. The nature and approximate value of the asseta in this
estate~are real and personal property valued at $ 59,500.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of Decedent other than as set forth in Paraqraph 8.
8. The original of the Decedent's Last Will; dated April
19, 1976, is in the possession of the Court or-accompanies this
Petition. ~
Petitioner requests that the Decedent's Will be admitted
to probate and that JAM~S A. NORMAN be appointed Personal Repre-
sentative of the Florida eatate of the Decedent. ~
