ALFORD, ~ resident of and daniciled in Fort Pierce St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Teatament, hereby revokinq any and all former Wills and Testaments and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made, that is to say: ~ ~ ARTI CLE I I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafter named, to pay fran my probate Estate all of the expensea of iay last illness, funeral expenses, costs of administration and ot~er proper charges, if any, against my Estate. I also direct my Personal Representative t~o pay fran my probate Estate all federal and other Estate and inheritance taxes, if any, with respect to property ~included in my $atate for.Estate tax purposes, whether disposed by this Will o= . not, that payment to be an expense of ac3ministration, without apportionment to anyone. ARTICLE II . ; I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars ~ ~ to my maid, BRaWNIE MAE GAMBLE, presently residing at Fort Pierce, j FZorida. In the event the said BRoWNIE MAE GAMBLE shall have ~ predeceased me, then and in that event Z direct that this bequest f becane null and void and becane a part of my residual,- estate. ~ ARTICLE III 3 _ - ~ I give, devise and~bequeath all of the rest, residue and ~ reanainder of my Estate, both real and personal, and wheresoever situate, of every sort and over all property of which I shall have pawer of disposition, to my good friend, JAMES A.
