limit, fraa time to time and in such manner, upon such terms, at

seal and deliver any and all proper writings, deeds of conveyance,

ance and transfers thereof, without a ny order of any Court whatso-
ever, or of any Judge thereof, and without any obligation on the !
par.t of the purchaser or purchasers, mortgagee or mortgagees,
transferee ar transfereea, pledgee or pledgees, lessee or lessees,
- or otherwise, to s~e to the application of the purchase money,
borrowed money, or money of any other nature or kind.
ARTICLE VI
In case of the death before me, resignation,~inability or
refusal to act on the part of the Personal Representative named
herein. I he~eby name, constitute, designate and appoint mygood,
friend, AUBRSY STAR~H$R,-presently residing.in Fort Pierce, Florida
to be Personal Repr~sentative in his place, with the same powers
as above designated and direct that he serve without bond. .
