and more particularly described as follows:
A Subdivision in Section 4, T36S. R40E, St. Lucie Co.. Florida ;
Being a replat of the following described lands:
Being Outlot 14, and all lots and parts of lots, lying
immediately West of Outlot 14, in Block 7b, and all roads, 4 ~
streets, and alleys lying between the West line of Outlot 1
and the East line of Palmetto Avenue; all being and lying in
. White City as in P-lat Book 1, Page 21 of the Public Records of
_ St. Lucie County, Florida
make~ the f~llowing Declaration of Restrictions covering the above-~
described real property, specifying that-this declarat3on shall con- -
stitute a covenant running with the land and that this declaration shall ;

be binding upon the undersigned and upon~all persons deraigning title
through the undersigned. These restrictions, during their lifetime. .
shall be for the benefit of and limitation upon all present and future
owners of the rea2 property.
1. No lot shall be used except for residenti$1 purposes. No
building shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted to remain on
any lot other than.one detached single-family dwelling not to exceed
two stories in height and a private garage fo= not more than two cars.
2. No building shall be erected, placed or altered on any l.ot
until the construction plans and specifications and plan showing the '

Architectural firm as-to quality of workmanship and materials, harmony__ ~

3. No dwelling shall be permitted on any lot wherein the ground `
