any lot, nor ahall anything be done on it that may be or may become
an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.
6. No animals, liveatock or poultry of any kind shall be raised,
bred or kept on any lot except that dogs, cate or other household pets
may be kept, provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for
any commercial purpose.
7. No aign of any kind ahall be displayed to the public view on
-any lot except one_professional eign of not more than one square foot,
one sign of not more than five square feet advertiaing the property for
sale or rent or signs used by a builder to advertiee the property
during the construction and sales period.

8. No roofs consistinq of tar and gravel type construction shall
be allowed and all dwellings shall include an enclo~ed garage for the
purpose of parking care and no open carports shall ~e allowed.

9. No lot shall be uaed or maintained as a dumping ground for

rubbish, traeh, garbage or other waste. All incinerators or other ~
equipment for the storage or diaposal of such material shall be kept
in a clean and sanitary condition. .
10. No fence, wall, hedge or ahrub planting that obstructs sight
lines at elevations between 3 feet and 7 feet above the
roadways ahall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner lot :
within the triangular area formed by the street property lines and a
line connecting them at a point 35 feet from the intersection of
the street lines or, in the case of a rounded property corner, from
the interaection of the street property lines extended. The same

sight line limitations shall apply ori any lot within 10 feet from the F
intersection of a street property line with the edge of a driveway or
alley pavement. No tree shall be permitted to remain within such
distancea of such intersectiona unless the foiiage line ia maintained "
at sufficient height to prevent obstr-uction of such sight lines.
