WITNESSETH:
WH$REAS, the Mortqaqee is the holder of a Promissory Note

JR., President and individually and MARY A. SCHENHOLM, individually t
in the amount of $23,000.00 which note is secured by a Mortqage
dated July 20th, 1976, executed by A.C. SCHENHOLM,'JR., President
of DEV-BUILD, LTD. recorded in Official Records Book 255, Page 75, `
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which Mortgaqe en-
cumbers the following deacribed property to witi
Lot 10, Hlock 131. LAR~TOOD PARK UNIT 10,
according to the Plat thereof-as recorded
in Plat Book 11, Pages 29 and 29A through
29D of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

WHEREAS, both parties have aqreed that the said note and
mortgage should be mod~.fied and should be extended. "
THEREFORE, the Mortgage shall be modified as follows:

thereof, agree to abide by all other terms and conditions of said _

same is hereby ratified and confirmed.
