FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the lst day of August, A. D.,
1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
o~ husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties~is frretriebably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJi1DGED as follows:
i 1. The marriaqe between RSBECCA LOU ROBERSON and JOHN

j RONALD ROBERSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the par-

ties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matriiaony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arisinq therefrom.
. 2. Custody of John Christian Roberson, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to Rebecca Lou Roberson, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to John Ronald Roberson.
3. Connnencinq the 5.th day of Auqust, 197?, John ~Ronald
Roberson shall pay to Rebecca Lou Roberson the sum of $25.00 each
and every week for the support of the child named above; said swn -
to cor~tinue until such time as the child reaches majority age.
