D., 1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation o~ husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties~is frretriebably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJi1DGED as follows: i 1. The marriaqe between RSBECCA LOU ROBERSON and JOHN I ~ j RONALD ROBERSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the par- ~ ~ ties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matriiaony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arisinq therefrom. . 2. Custody of John Christian Roberson, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Rebecca Lou Roberson, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to John Ronald Roberson. 3.
