DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the lst day of August, A.D.,
1977, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of

the parties and.subjec~k matter of this suit; that the relation
. -
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
~aarriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
f 1. The marriage between Mary Beth Dean and Mark Stephen
~ Dean be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
~ ~of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. .
2. Custody of Bradley Stephen Dean, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to Mary Beth Dean, with reasonable
visitation riqhts reserved to Mark Stephen Dean.
3. Commencinq the Sth day of August, 1977, Mark Stephen
Dean shall pay to Mary Beth Dean the sum of $50.00 each and every
week for the support of the child named above; said sum to continue
until such time as the child reaches majo~ity age.
