Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of thia Court and

by him remitted promptly to Mary Seth Dean. In addition there

fs hereby asseased the sum of $1.00 as atatutory costs to be

added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be

made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mail-

I inq and residence addresses at all times while this order is in
effect.
4. Mark Stephen Dean fs hereby ordered to pay all medical
and dental expenses for the child, Bradley Stephen Dean, and to

~continue his present e.xistinq medical insurance on said minor child.

~ 5. The Court finds that there are certain bills and obli-

~ gations outstandinq a~ this time, to include accounts to Barnett

Bank of Cocoa for approximately $1500.00; Sears for approximately
$200.00; Helml 's for a roximatel 40.00• Doctor's Clinic f

Vero Beach for appraximately $90.00 and Dr. Williams of Atlanta,

Mark Stephen Dean is hereby required to pay the amount of ~

outstanding indebtedness owed on all said bills as of date of ~

judgment as said bills become due and before delinquent, and to
hold the wife harmless from all said indebtedness.
6. The Court determines the sum of $350.00 to be reason- ,
able for the wife's attorney for his services herein and Mark ~

Stephen Dean is hereby ordered to pay said sum to Emory C. Teel, III ~
Esq., of the law firm of Fee, ~arker & Fee, P. A., together with ~
~ - ~
the costs herein assessed at $32~,sn, said sum payable within thirty ~
~
days directly to the wife's said attorney. ~

7. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained ~
from interfering with, harassing or annoying each other. ~
