This cause came on to be heard upon the Wife's Motion for
Bnforcement.of Delinquent Alimony Payments, and the Husband's Motion
to Mocli.fy the Final J'udgment on August l, 1977, and the partiea
befnq before the Court, and the Court havin~g heard testimony and
the Court being fully advised in ~he premises, it is thereupon
ORDBRB~D and ADJCI~GBD as follaws :
l. Tbat the Court finds and determines that the 8usband, -
BILL G. LANCASTBR,_ is in willful contempt of this Court and has
failed to comply with the Final Judgment dated August 27, 1975.
2. The Court finds that the Husband is in arrears in his
ali.mony gayments to the Wife in the sum of Four Hundred Nine ($409.50)
Dollars ancl 50/100, and that the Husband, BII~I~ GRORGS IANCASTER, may
purge himself of contempt by pay~.nq to the Wife, IRt~i JFAN IANCASTER,
the sum of Four 8undred Mine Dollars and 50/100 ($40~.50) within
sixty (60) days from the date of this Order.
3. The Court determines the sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00j to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services
herein an~d BILL G~OR~GE IANCASTER, is Ordered to gay said attorney
said sum toqether with costs herein assessed at Fourteen Dollars
and 80/100 ($14.g0) . -
