This cause coming on before the Court on a Motion for Rule
and the parties being present in Court and the Court after hearing the
partles and counsel and.being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is

~1. That both parties be and they are hereby restrained from
any acts of violence and/or intimidation against the other and the

~ respondent, ALVIN PARKER, is restrained from damaging, in3uring, defacing,

~ disposfing of or secreting awa~y ar~y of those items of furniture set out in ~

! the Final Judgment entered by this Court on July 27, 1977, to-wit: ~

~ One kingsize bed, dresser, chest of drawers, two night stands, one table, ~
~ six chairs with cabinet set, ane automatic washing machine and stereo; which

said property, tF~e respondent, ALVIN PARKER, be and he is hereby.Ordered_ ~

to deliver to ARELLA A. PARKER.
~ 2. In the event the said furniture has not been delivered to
~ _ ARELLA A. PARKER by or before the 15th day of Auqust, 1977, then the said
~ ARELLA A. PARKER Mla~y at her option, have an Order that ALVIN PARKER shall
~ ~
~ pay to her the reasonable value of the said property ur?delivered.
