This cause came on to be heard upon the 8usband's Motion _
~ to Dismisa or A llaw Withdrawal of Counsel on July 26, 1977, and
the same havinq been arqued by counsel of the respective partiea,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises; The Court
finds that the Motion is impertinent and scandaloua as to Paragraphs
1, 2 an~d 3 anci that the material facta aet out in said Paragraphs
2 and 3 are not reflected by the record in thia case.and that
there is no joint M~otion under oath signed by the parties and
filed in this cause requesting the Court to dismiss thia cause and
that the Order removing the cause from the trial calendar on
March 29, 1977 was consented to by counsel for.the respective parties
and did reflect the wishes of the parties and that the Order Removinq

r the Cause from the Trial Calendar of March 29, 1977 was prepared by
$rrol S. Willes, Esquire, of the law f irm of Willes, Bittan & Willes
and that there is no Motion to Dismiss the cause siqned by the "
parties under oath and therefore it could not-be on the same type-
~ writer as the Order Removinq the Cause from Tria 1 Calendar and that _
the said cauae was and is at issue. It is thereupon
