THIS CAUSE having come on for final hearing on the Petition
of the Wife, DONNA. SUE SIZEMORE, for dissolution of her marriage to
STUART M. SIZEMORE and the parties.having entered into a Property
Settlement Agreement on all pertinent issuea, after hearing argwnent
of counsel, taking teatimony and considering the evidence-and the
file and being otheYwise fully advised in the premises, the Court
has
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that it has 3urisdiction over the
partiee and subject matter of this cause and that the marriage is
irretrievably broken,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the marriage between the parties

~ shall be and it is herebq dissolved and the parties, and each of ~

them, are forever ~freed from the bonds of matrimony to each other;

ORDERED AND ADJiJDGED that the Property Settlement Agree-
ment entered in thie cause shall be and it ie hereby adopted and
