THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard at final hearinq on the
3rd day of Auqust, 1977,~on the Petitioner's Ainended Comolaint for
Determination of Paternity and Child Support, and the Court
having heard the testimony of the parties and arguments of counsel t

for the Petitioner and Respondent and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, finds:
~ 1. That the Fetitioner has not shown by a areponderance of
the evidence that Respondent, TO1~Y JAMES ADAMS, is the natural
,father of the minor children named in the Amended Complaint, namely
ANTONIO L. MOORE and REVIN L. MOORE.
; ~ 2. That no child support for the said minor children is

E due from the Respondent. ~
3. That the Petitioner shall bear its own costs and expenses ~
in this matter. ~
IT IS THEREFORE, ~
_ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioner has not shown by a ;

preponderance of the evidence that.Respondent, TOM.MY JAMES ADAMS, ~
_ is the natural father of the minor children named in the Amended F=

Complaint and therefore no chiY1 support for the said minor children

~ is due from Respondent and that Petitioner shall bear its own costs
and expenses in this matter. -
