THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard at final hearinq on the 3rd day of Auqust, 1977,~on the Petitioner's Ainended Comolaint for Determination of Paternity and Child Support, and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and arguments of counsel t ~ - r for the Petitioner and Respondent and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds: ~ 1. That the Fetitioner has not shown by a areponderance of the evidence that Respondent, TO1~Y JAMES ADAMS, is the natural ,father of the minor children named in the Amended Complaint, namely ANTONIO L. MOORE and REVIN L. MOORE. ; ~ 2. That no child support for the said minor children is ~ ~ f- E due from the Respondent. ~ 3.
