ORDER
This cause came on for hearing before me on plaintiff's
~notion to compel answers to certain interrogatories pro-
pounded by it on November 4, 1976, and oa defendant's motion ~
to_compel answers to interrogatories propounded by defen-
dant, R. RANDALL ROLLINS, et al, on May 6, 1977, and the
Court havinq considered argument by counsel and havinq
sustained certain objections and certain objections having
been withdrawn and certain questions havinq been withdrawn
and the Court beinq fully advised in the premises it is
thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendants, R. ~
t~'17 ROLLINS, et al, are required to answer interrogatories ~7(c),

~?(d), 9; 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 throuqh 33. Said
defendants shall answer to the extent information is presently
available within thirty (30) days of the date hereof, and as
to those mattere which remain unanswered, because of a lack ~
of information at the present time, the defendants shall
serve supplemental answers not lesB than thirty (3~) days ~
prior to trial; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGBD that the defendants' motion to
compel anawers to fnterrogatories is qranted and the plain-
