ADJUDICATION OF C~ITEMPT -
It appearing from the evidence before the Court this lst da~y of August,
1977, that GRADY RUSSELL FINLEY has Nillfully failed and refused to pay_the
chi]d support as required by the Order of this Court entered on the 6th day of
April, 1977, and is, as of this date, in arrears Z1,667.00, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUD6ED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this ~
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the Y1,667.00
arrearage at the rate of ;225~00 along with the regular ~80.00 for the next taro
payments, namely August 15, 1917 and September lst, 1977, and the balance within
thirty (30) days~thereafter. Child support payments of ~80.00 on the lst and 15th .
of the month shall continue uninterrupted and be paid to the Clerk in cash,
; cashier's check or money order. If Respondent does not purge himself of his con-

j tempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit of the Peti-
