It appearing from the evidence before the Court this lst day of August,
1977, that JOE F. GRIFfIS has willfully failed and refused to pay the child sup-
port as required by.the Order of this Court entered on the 7th day of February, ;
1977, and is as of tfiis date, in arrears 51,694.50, inciuding Court Costs of ~
~9.50, it is.
ORDERED AND AOJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Caurt but may purge himself of this conter~t by paying ~315.Q0 within thirty (30)

days of the date of this order. In addition_to this payment regular child support
;
payments of =20.00 per week, plus ~5.00 on arrearage are to be made each and every
week. Payments are to be made to the Clerk in cash, cashier's check or money
order. When the arrearage has bee~paid in full, the weekly payments shall be

reduced to ~20.00 per rreek. If respondent does not purge himself of his contempt
~ as provided above, he shall be required upon affidavit of the Petition to serve
' irty (30) c~ay in the Saint Lucie County Jail.s~~ P~+~
