as Personal Representative of the Estate of ALICS I. ARNOLD, Deceased,
Party of the First Part, and RICHARD T. ARNOLD and SHIRLEY M. ARNOLD,
his wife, 26 Parkwood Drive, Windsor, CT 06095 ,

Party of the First Part, in consideration of the sum of ~
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
~icknawledqed, hereby qrants, barqains, sells, aliens, reanises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms to Parties of the Second Part, their
heirs and assiqns forever, the ieal and personal property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, describecl as:

Part their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AI~ID the Party of the First Part does covenant to and ~~ith
~ Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
~ things prelir~inary to and in and about this conveyance, the laws of
Florida have been followed and complied with inall respects.
The said property was owned by r'1LICE I. ARDTOLD at the time of
her death and in her Will all of her assets were left equally ~to
RICFiARD T. ARNOLD, FARBARA ARNOLD ~RTMANN and ~1RRY B. ARNOLD. ,
Recorded simultaneously herewith are quit-claim deeds to Partie~
of the Second Part herein from the other two devisees of-the Will of
ALICE I. ARNOLa, HARRY B. ARNULD and BARHARA ARNOLD ffi~R?1rfANN, joined by
her husband, constitu~ing relinquishment of their interest in said
property to Second Parties herein.
