by the Letters of Adminiatration i8eued by the Circuit Court, Probate Division,

Dade County, Florida, in the Estate of ALEXANDE~t VILBAS, deceased, bearing
Case No. ?5-926, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, to him in hand paid
by the Grantee, the receipt of ~ which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, sell
and convey to the Grantee, HELENA YLSKUS, her heirs and assigns forever,
fee aimple title to the following described real praperty, situated in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit: ~
Lot 6, Block 1858, Port St. Lucie, according to Plat thereof of
record: -
This conveyance is subject to the following: ~
1. Taxes and assessments for the year I9?7 and subsequent
years; and, _
. 2. Conditions, restrictions, Iimitations and easements of "
records, if any.
TO HAVE AND 'TO HOLD _the same to the Grantee, her heirs and
assigne in fee simple forever.
And the Gx~ntor does covenant to and with the Grantee, her heirs and
aesigns, that in aU things preliminary to and in and about the sale of this
conveyance the Laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all
respects. ~
