T'he City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida under the authority
of Article II, Section 14, Sub-section 17 of the City Charter adopted Resolution
Number 77-13, February 14, 1977, approving and authorizing the clearing of propert~
described herein, and did authorize the amount of the bill for the clearing of
said property to be~placed as a lien on said property.
