and the Court having found that said petitioner is a proper party

by virtue of an assignment of rights to child support signed by ~

the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and all parties
having received proper notice, it is .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition shall be and the same

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that comnencing on the date of this

made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All money orders and
cashiers chec~CS shall bear the payees name and SociaL Security number
