ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said support payments
received from the Defendant/Father to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Servicea, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32301. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, ehall bear the name and social
security number of each respective Defendant/~ather in order to ~
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
ahall and he is herebq ordered to continue to transmit support pay-
menta received from the Respondent until further order of this Court
or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support pay- -
ments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the natural mother,

! ORDLRED AND ADJUDGED that this Court shall retain juris-

~ diction for the purpose of a rehearing in this matter should

the Defendant MICHAEL BARR+ON take the paternity blood
