ALIC$ P. CAS$, who upon beinq firet duly eworn, did depose and say
as follaws: •
That ahe is the unremarried widow of Robert L. Caset that
she and Robert L. Case were continuously married from the time they
acquired the followinq described property, as husband and wife, ~
on March 21, 1972, until the death of said Robert L. Case on
January 9 , 19 75 . ~ _ , ,
The property about which thia affidavit is made is as
follawa:
Lot 5, Block 26, PLAT OF PINBWOOD, a subdivision
as per plat th~reof on file in Plat Book 5, Paqe
24, Public Records, St.Lucie County, Florida, and
that portion of Lot 4, Block 26, s8id PLAT OF PIIdEW00D,
deacribed as follaws:
Beqin at the interssction of said Lots 4 and 5~on the
Northwesterly boundary of Mayflvwer Road for the point
of beqinning, thence run Southwesterly alonq Mayflawer-
Road, a distanve of 14 feetj thence run in a Northwest-
erly direction on a_line parallel.to the line dividing . ~
said Lots 4.and 5 to the Northwesterly line of said
Lot 4= thence run Northeasterly alonq the rear line
! of said Lot 4, a distance of 14 feet; thence run
