THIS GAUSE came on to be heard before me on~the first day
of August, 1977 upon the Husband's Nlotion for Re-Aearing, and
upon the Husband's l~tion for Contempt for the Wife's failure to
provide the clerk of the Circuit Court with her current residence
and mailing address. The Court was advised by counsel for the
Husband and counsel for the Wife that the residence and mailing .
address had been furnished to the clerk's office by a third party
on behal~ of the Wife. Therefore, the Husband's Motion for
Contempt was continued by the Court with the agreement of covnsel

I' pending the confirmation of said mailing and residence address by

~ the Husband. bn the Husband's Motion for re-hearing, the Court
~ heard the testimony of the Husband and heard the argument of
counsel for the ~1ife and for the Husband. Having considered the ~ ~
~ agreement of counsel, the testimonq of the Husband, the argument
~ of couasel fot the parties and being otherwise duly advised in
~ ~
~ the premises, it is~thereupon;~
~ -ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
