WEBB, Wife and PBTSR WSBB, Husband / ~ ORDER TRIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on the fifth day of August, 1977 on the Husband's Petition for Modification. The Husband appeared pereonally and was represented by counsel. , The Wife did not appear, but was represented by the state attorney under the provisions of the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of - Support Act. Having given consideration to the evidence submitted in the case and the argunrent of counsel for the parties, this ~ Court finds and determines that, while it does not have jurisdict- ion to terminate the award of alimony made to the wife under the ginal iSecree of divorce, nevertheless it does have,3urisdiction to modify said award by increasing or by reducing the amount there of, as the facts may warrant. This Court.further finds and det- ermines that on the facts of this case there has been a substantia . change in the circu~mstances of the parties since the entrq of the ~ Final Decree on May 19, 1967, which change of circumstances warrant a reduction-of the i~ife's alimony award to zero. It is. ' thereupon; I ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. The alimony award to the wife under the Final Decree E of May 19, 1967_be, and the same is hereby reduced to zero. . ~ 2. Commencing on the-first day of September, 1977, the t ` Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $200.00 per month supp- . ' ort for the minor children of the parties.
