THIS CAUSS was heard after Notice upon the Wife's Petition
for Temporary Relief while this cause is pending. The Court having

heard the evidence presented and the arguments of the attorneys for t
the parties and being fully advised~in the premisea, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGBD that the Husband, STBVEN E. TOI~SON,
shall pay to the Wife, WANDA F. TOI~SON, the sum of $25.00 per woeek as
temporary support for the minor child of the parties, to-wit: CHRISTINA
LYNN TOMPSON.
FU~R ORDERED AND AATUDGED that commencing tH'+e 12th day of
August, A. D., 1977, STEVEN E.~TOI~SON shall pay to WANDA F. TOI~SON,
the sum of $25.00 per week for the support of the minor child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

him remitted promptly to WANDA F. TOMPSON. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1.00 as atatutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of tt~e parties are ordered to keep the Clerk af
; this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
