In consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, receipt of

which is acknowledqed, FLORIDA AUDUBON SOCIETY, INC., does
hereby convey and release to TREASURS COAST SBRVICE CORPOR-
ATION,.an easement and right of way for a certain drain,
hereinafter more particularly designated and described, over
and across lands owned by FLORIDA AUDUBON SOCIETY, INC., and
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly .
described as follows:
The South 306.57 feet of the north 510.95 feet of -
the following parcel of land, to wit:
. Begin at a concrete monument at the interaection of - _
the West riqht of way line of Sunrise Boulevard (said
riqht of way beinq 30.0 feet each side of centerline) ~
and the North line of the Southwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of 3ection 33, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, run thence West alonq the said North line of the _
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter 350.0 feet
thence run South 15° 24' Weat 554.89 feet thence run
South 12° 19' West 681.60 feet; thence run Eaat 350.0;
feet to the West right.of way line of Sunrise Boulevard;
thence run North 12° 19' 8ast 681.60 feet and North 15°
24' East 554.89_feet alonq the said West right of way
line to the point of beqinninq.
The riqht of way hereby conveyed and released is for
