This conveyanae is based upon the above described line

copy of which is attached; marked Exhibit "1" and incorporated

This conveyance shail be deemed sufficfent to vest in
the grantee, TREASURB COAST SERVIGS CORPORATION an easement
in such Iands for the uses and purposes of~drafnaqe, toqether .
with such rights of entry upon, passaqe over, deposit of .
excavated earth, and storaqe of material and equipment on
such area as may be necessary or useful for the construction,
maintenance, and repair of such drain.
