SULLIVAN, late, of Cook County, Illinois, died on March 6, 1947, leaving a Last Will and Testament dated September 5,_ 1942, which w~ere dulq probated and admitted to Probate and Record in the Probate Court of Cook County, State of Illin~i.s, ~a Court of Probate ~urisdiction on July 17, 1947. 2. That the decedents will complies with the lawe__of Florida as to form and manner of execution and devise real property in this County . ~ t. 3. A duly authenticated copy of the will and Petition for Probate and Order admitting them to probate as well as other parts of the domiciliary probate proceedings are filed with this petition. 4. The death of the testator occurred more than three (3) i years before the filing of this petition. - ; . , ~ 5. The domiciliary personal representative has been~discharged. € and there has been no probate of that will and codicil in Florida. ~ 6. Venue of this proceeding is in the above described real County, because decedent died leaving the following described real property situated in St. Lucie County, to wit: _ rt~ Lot 17 and 18 of Block 58, Unit l, St. Lucie Plaza, according tothe Plat thereof and Plat - book 5, page 57~of the public records of St. Lucie County~ Florida. ~ ~ 7.
