. estate. A~though the real property.mentioned in paragraph six (6) ~
above was a part of the decedents estate, the Order of Distribution
failed to include this estate asset, and the purpose of bringing
_these proceedings is to vest title in•said real eatate in EVELYN M.
KEANE, a/k/a, MARY 8. RBANB.
8. The Petitidnar, JOHN D. KEANE, is entitled to file this
petition pursuant to §734.104(2): the Pe~itioner is the nephew of.
the decedent, the only person interested in the estate of VINCENT L.
SULLIVAN ~ras EVELYN M. REANE, a/k/a, MARY E. KEANE, 525 South Home
Avenue, Oak Park, Illinois.~
~ 9. The only asset of this estate located in the State of
Florida consists of the real property mentioned in paragraph six (6)
above. The estate consists of-no other real or personal property or -
other tangible personal property. The total value of the real prop- _
erty described ~above is $ 1,.000.00 . All other assets of the
decedent located in Oak Park, Cook County, Illinois have been dis-
tributed to EVELYN M. REANE, a/k/a, MARY E. REANE, as the sole heir
of the decedent. ~
10. Petitioner requests that an authenti'cated copy.of the

~ Last Will and Testament dated September 5,.1942, an authentic~ted .
~ copy of which has been furnished to the Court, be admitted to'probate -

and record and that this Court enter its order admitting said Will
~
to Probate which will have the effect of passing title to the real
~
property described in paragraph six (6) above, to EVELYN M. RF.ANB.
