N.T. Commercial Street, Jensen Beach, Florida, and that he has
heretofore acted a$ attorne~r in connection with the Estate of
B~RTHA E$WALL= deceased, File No. ?6-117-CP.
2. That the sole asset of said estate xas an undivided .
half interest in~the ~olloxiag described property:

according to the plat thereof, as recorded i.n ,
Plat Book 12, pages 1 and 2, of the Pt~blic ~ecorda -
of St. I,ucie County, Florida.

the Estate oY BERTHA EB~19IS, desigaated FOT~E B. E~1ALZ as the
sole heir of the above decedent when in fact the above-named
decedent, SUrII~TEx EKi~IALZ, was also an heir.

4. That proceedings have been commenced for the reopen-
ing of the Estate- of B~RTHA E~tALI, for administration of same.
5. That SIIRNEB EKi~IAS~ died Ma3r 14, 19?4 at Santiago,
` Chili, to the best of affiant's inYorm~.tion, and was at the time

of hia death 60 years old.
6. That upon affiant'a best intereat and belief the
