This cause c.ame'on for tri,al thid date upon Petition of the parties, and ~
the Co~uct having given full consideration to all of the evidence,~finds and de-
teYmines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties ar~ the~subject matter oF
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now e~xists between the parties;
and that the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and s}~uld be dis-
solved. It is thereupon ~

sa~e is hereby dissolved, and the parties a~d each of thaa are hereby fore~ver
freed fram the bonds of matrimo~ny heretofore existing between th~ and fram the
. obligations arisang therefram.
2. The custody of RI~DI~A P. ~ItR~i, BRFNf L. I~RIi~+I, and Q~IAD E. ~N,
minor children of the parties', is hereby awarded to the Wife, DORIS W. E~RItON,
- ~ with visitation rights rese~rved to the Husband, JERRY L. as set forth

- 3. In the event the Wife shall n,ot be a resident of the State of Florida,
the Husband sha11 have visitational rights of a full ccrosec~itive period of six

(6) weeks during the su~ner nanths as well as alternating holi.days of Christmas,
Easter, and ThanksgiviAg. In the event the Wife does reside in the State of Florida,
the Husb~d shall have visitational rights with his childre.~n at least every o*~er
weekend from Friday at 5:00 o'clock,.P.M., throvgh S~mday at 7:00 o'cloclc, P.M.,
alternating holidays of Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving, and for the full-teim
and time of the Husband's vacation fram his job, and such other times as shall
be moutually agreeable befw~een the parties. .
