HBPPLE, Wife. _ ~ ~ ~ FINAL JiJDGMBNT DISSOLUTION OF MARRI GS This cause came on for trial the ~a day of August,~97?, and the Court havinq qiven full consideration to all the ev~dence, finds and determines: This Cour~ has jurisdiction of the.parties and sub- ~ ject matter of this suit; that the relation~of 8usband and Wife now exists betwee» the{parties; and that the.marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and ahould be dissolved. It is thereupon- ~ ORDERED .AND ADJi1DG8D as fol lows : 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. Th~ marriage between the Husband, JAMES B. HEPPLE, and.CAROL L. HEPPLE, Wife, be,_and the same is hereby ~ _ dissolved, arid the parties.and each ~f them are hereby forever freed from :the bonds of-matrimony heretofore existinq between them and from ~ the obliqatioas arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMBS AEPPLE, minor child of the - parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife_with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband. 3. SUPPORT. Comanencinq the a~j day o 1977, the Husband . . . shall pay to the Wife the sum of $150.00 per wee for-the supnort of the child named,above, which child aupport shall be reduced to $75.00 ~ per week connn~encing on Friday, September 2, 1977. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted Aromptly to the Clerk of the Court. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each , payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. ^ ~ 8~z73 ~ ~.z4 .
