Wife herein !or certain te~?porary relief and the Court~having heard . ~
the evidence on the matter.and beinq otherWise fully advised in the _
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJtJDGED as followss _
l. Te~nporary custody of the minor child of the parties, ~
namely, SHSRB$ CHILDR83S is qiven to the Wife and the Husband shall be
allowed to visit with the child from 1:00 to 5=00 P. M. on Sundays at
the reeidence of the Wife, provided he is in a sober condition and
does otherwise v iolate the restraining order set forth herein. ~
2. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay the swa of $3~.00
a week commaencinq on the 25th day of August, 1977, to the Wife for the
' temporary support and maintenance of the minor child of the parties.
3. Each party is hereby ordered not to~harass, molest, '
disturb or otherwiae interfere ~ith the qufet enjoyment of life by

the other party pendinq further order of this Court.
4. The Husband shall pay as temporary attorneys' fees and
costs for the Wife to her attorneys; McDonald & Kenney, Professional
Association, the sum of $100.00, payable in-two installments of $50.00
each on September 1, 1977, and October l, 1977. ~
