VILLAG$, UNIT 2, Plat Book 16, Page 31, public recorde
of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence N~00°63•38" W for
110.00 feet along the West line of said Lot, to the NW
corner of said lot; thence N 89°56'22" $ along the _
North line o~ said Lot a diataace of 37.35 feet; thence .

3. If the total sum, with interest at the rate prescribed
by law,and all costs of this a.ction accruing subsequent to
Judgment are not paid within three days from this date, t e Clerk
of this Court shall sell the property at public sale on ~J
1977, between 11:00 A.M. and 2:04 P.M. to the higheat bidder, for
cash, egcept as set ~orth hereinafter, at the front door of the

4. Plaintiffs shall advance all subsequent costs of this
action and shall be reiffibursed for the~ by the Clerk if Plaintiff
' is not the purcha.ser oY the property at the aame. ,If Plaintiff is
the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit Plaintiffs' bid aith the
. total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this
~udgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
5. On filing the certificate of title the Clerk shall dis-
tribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient,
