THIS CAUSB came to be heard upon the Plaintiffs' Ob~ectians
to the Defenda~t's Request to Produce, under certificate of service
the 23rd of June, 1977, and upon the Defendant's'Objections to the
Plaintiffs' Request to Produce. under certificate of_ser~i.ce the
7th day of July, 1977, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs'
ob~ections to Request to.Produce served upon them June.l4th, 1977,
are hereby overruled. It is further ~

and are overruled as it relates to any incident reports kept in an
