Regulations, copy of projectecl operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purrhascd b~ Purchaser, and a21 Aniendments to the aforesaid Do-
claration and bchibits.and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and R,est~ictians of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser _
further aclawwledges receipt of and reacling and examination of said Declaration, its
bchibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, ar~d ucknowledges that each and ~
every provision of the forcgoing is essential to the successful opc3ration and manage-
a~ent of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for~the benefit of
all the owners theaeein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condo~ainiua covenant and agree to abide by.each and every provision of said Dec11r-
ation of Condaainiun and Tachibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and _
cortfirms and approves all of the teYms artd provisioris of said Declaration of Gondo-
miniua and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the

to Purchaser, as seeurity for his obligations w~der the said Declaration of Covenants
