subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominitan as to the condominiua
~ in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
li~aited to (wliethar the samg are attached to the Declaration or referrc3d to
therein), the By=Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy_of projected operating budgat, eopy of sales brochure-and floor ~
p2an of apartment purchased by Purchaser,~and all M~endments to the afores~id De-
claratioa~ aiid Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Coveoants an:i Rsstrictions of the Prope.rty ~wners' Association; and Purchaser
~ furthe~ aclaionvledges receipt af and reading and exa~ination of said D~claration, its
Dchibits_, and _ budget, sates bxochure and floor plan, and aclaiowledges that each anct
ev~ery provision of the foregoing is essential to the successftil. operaLion ar~d manage-
~ment of the Condominiun property~and is in the best interests and fo~ the benefit of
all the awners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed.
Condominitmt covenant and agre~ to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation-of Conda~inivm and Exhibits attached thereto...Purchasen c~3reby ratifies and
confinas and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration-of Cundo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto,-and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Oamers' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof

and other charges are estimated only. Na.warranty or guaranty is mad~e or intended,
nor may one be relied except where the sanne is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Cond~iniua and the Exhibits attached thereto.
