STIPULATION
- Come naw the undersigned attorneys for the parties and enter
into the follawing Stipulation:
1. That the Respcmdent, CARL A. ELLIOR'T, JR., acknowledges
past arrearage due on child support payme9nts in the amount of ~io
Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety~Dollars and Eight Cents ($2,990.08).
2. ThaC in satisfying said indebtedness, the Respondent, CARL
A. ELLIOTT, JR., shall pay this arrearage off in the follawing manner:
A. At the time of the execution of this Stipulation, the
Respondent shall pay to the petitioner, DIANE WEiITICE ELLIOTT, a/k/a
DIANE WHITICE WII~.ER, the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00)
Dollars. In addition, the Respondent shall pay the attorney's fees
and costs incurred on behalf of petitioner's attorney in the amount of
Three Hundred Sixteen Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($316.75).
B. Respondent herein shall execute a promissory note pro-
viding for payment of arresrage, plus attorney's fees and costs in
the total amount of One Thousand Eight Hundred Six Dollars and Eighty-
Three Cents ($1,806.83), at the rate of 7~6i interest, payable monthly
in installments of $ 106.45 , for a period of
1~ ths, the
first of said payme~ts to be due thirty (30) days from date, and the ~
Respondent herein shall be entitled to a five (S) day grace period.
