C. 1he promissory note described above shall be secured by
2508 shares of stock awned by the Respondent in ROYAL PALM ENTERPRISES,
INC . ~
3. It is further agreed between-the parties hereto that the

following paragraph shall be iricorporated in an Amended Final Judgment - `
of Dissolution of Marriage:
"Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Petitioner
DIANE WHITICE ELLIOTT, a/k/a DIANE WHITICE WINKIER.
In addiCion there is assessed the sum of $1.00 as
statutory costs to he added to each-payment made to
the Clerk of said Court. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of the
Court advised of their mailing and residence address-
es at all times while this Order~is in effect." ~
4. 1he undersigned counsel hereby further consent to the in-
corporation of the above Stipulation in any Final Judgment of Dis-
solut on of Marriage. .

This matter having come before the Court, based on the Stipulation

entered into between the-parties through their respective counsel, and
the Court being fully advised, upon cansideration, it is
ORDERED as follaws: -
1. That the terans of the Stipulation are hereby incorporated in
said Final Judgnent of Dissolution of Marriage dated February l, 1963.
2. That the following paragraph is added as an amendment to the
Final Judgment o Di~j~lution of Marriage:
