ORDER
~ THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on the 22nd day
- of August, 1977 upon the Motion of the Attorneys for~the Wife
against the Husband for contempt for failure to pay attorney's
fees and costs as required by the Final Judgment of Dissolution
of Marriage entered in this cause. The Court heard the test-
imony of the Husband and the argument of counsel for the Wife. -
Having considered the evidence and being otheYwise duly advised
in the premises,~it is thereupon;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
~ 1. The Husband is hereby determined to be in contempt of,~ -

~ this court for failure to pay attorney's fees in the amount of

~ $350.00 and court costs in the amount of $32.50 to the attorneys

~ for the Wife. ~
2. Commencing on the lOth day of September, 1977 the
Husband is hereby ordered to pay the sum of $25.00 per month
each and every month to the attomeys for the Wife, until the
attorney's fees and court costs described above are fullp.paid.
Strict compliance with this program of installment payments will
hereby purge the Husband of the above described contempt-citation
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
