ORDER OF CONTSMPT
This cause coming on to be heard on Auqust 22,
1977 for an Order of Contempt~, and~it appearinq the Respondent,
RICBARD A. STORBS, was served by the Sheriff of Okeechobee
County with notice of this hearinq, and the court having
~
heard testimony and being otlierwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The court finds and determines that the Husband,
RICBARD A. STORES, is in contempt of this Court and he is
; hereby held in contempt of this Court for failure to pay the
~ costs and attorney fees as previously ordered by this Court
and is sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie
~ ~
County jail, Fort Pierce, Florida; that said sentence is
hereby suspended upon the condition that the Husband, RICHARD
. A. STOKES, shall pay to the firm of Neill Griffin Jeffries &
Lloyd the remaining balance owing of $320.00 attorney fees
and costs. in the swa of $32.50 oxi or before November 1,
~ 1977. ~ ~
~ - 2. Upon the failure of the Husband, RICHARD A.
STOKES, to make said payments on or before November 1, 1977,
