(7) The plaintiff may be a bidder for the purchas~ of the
property at the sale. If the plaintift shall be the purchaser

at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on the bid of the plaintiff,
the total sum herein found due to the plaintiff or such portion
thereof as may he necessary to pay fully the bid of the plaintiff,
except that the sums mentioned in paraqraph 8(a) of this Judgment
must be pafd in cash. .
(8) Upon confirmation of the sale whether confirmation be
by the Clerk filinq the Certificate of Title or by Order of this
Court rulinq upon objections of that sale; tt~ Clerk shall make
distribution of the proceeds of this sale by payinq:
(a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings sub-
sequent to the sntry of this Final Judgment, includinq the costa of
publishinq: the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for makinq said
sale (unless the plaintiff, havinq already paid for those two items
of costs, shall bei the purchaser a~ said sale), and for the herein-

above stated attorneys'~fees allo~ed to attorneys for the plaintiff.
The remaininq amounts due the plaintiff with interest thereon as
provided by statute from the date hereof throuqh the date of sale.

(9) Should there be surplus after the payment above specified, f

~ deficiency, the Clerk shall report the anaunt thereof to the Court,

and this Court ahall retain jurisdiction to enter a deficiency judq-
ment in behalf of the plaintiff, in the event such deficiency should
arise as a result of said aforementioned sale. ?
(10) Upon confirmation of the sale, the defendant (s) arid all
persons clafming by and through or any of them, are
severally barred,-and foreclosed of and from any right, title, interest,
claim or demand in or to said property, and the purchaser at the sale,
